Handmade pieces are made by hand and made to order, please allow up to 10-15 business days(Mon-Fri) before your order is shipped. The day as purchase is not considered one of those business days. This excludes all shop vacations and Holidays. Your order will be made in the order it was received. You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order has shipped.
Should you need an item sooner, feel free to email: email@example.com to see if it is possible to have your order expedited, before you place your order.
I cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
I reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. I may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. Return and exchange
Due to the handmade nature of some items, I do not accept returns. Exchanges are accepted on all items (except earrings). Please contract me within 3 days after receiving your item. After contact item must be returned within 7 days or it will be subjected to a 15% restock fee. Item must have not been worn, damaged, or altered and sent back in the original packaging with receipt of purchase.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping cost. I am not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit, it’s recommended that tracking is added to any returned packages.
All sale items and custom items are final sale.
I accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discovery) transactions securely through PayPal. You will receive confirmation of your order through email. Taxes are applied to all orders.

I do not refund for packages lost in transit.
I do not refund or replace stolen or un-retrieved packages marked as delivered. Please be sure to delivery address is correct.
Returned packages due to incorrect address will incur a reshipment fee.

Repairs are accepted and are subject to a fee depending on the nature of the damage up to 1month after the purchase. Please contact me via email at: firstname.lastname@example.org for specific repair request. Customers are responsible for shipping.
Lost Pendants or Charms are subject to a replacement fee.
